Tom Jenkins

Managing Director

Tom is one of the founding directors of Dynamics Consultants. He has worked on ERP / CRM systems since 1995, initially as an end user and later as a developer/consultant.

He has extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics® NAV / Navision (CSide), SQL, and Visual Basic, as well as a broad knowledge of general IT and business systems. As an experienced Microsoft Certified Consultant himself, Tom oversees a team of expert Consultants and works on a number of development projects, in addition to providing support and training to customers.

Before founding Dynamics Consultants, Tom worked in a management role for a machinery importer / reseller, where his work included inventory management and purchase control, systems development and IT project management.

In his spare time, Tom is a taxi driver for 3 children, enjoys watching motorsport and showing his kids how it should be done on the go-kart track.  Tom has also been spotted spending hours looking for small spherical objects that he has placed seemingly randomly in dozens of acres of grassland, woodland and sandpits using a lump of metal on a stick … the golf is a work in progress!

Jeremy Organ

Technical Director

Jeremy is a founding director of Dynamics Consultants and has worked on NAV projects since 2000.

He has extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Navision (CSide) and SQL and is our lead developer, providing intricate and complicated personalisations for our customers.

The NAV development projects he has worked on have encompassed: sales order processing, purchase order processing, manufacturing, payroll, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), inventory costing, warehouse management and job costing.

Before founding Dynamics Consultants, Jeremy was the development manager for one of the UK's largest Microsoft Dynamics NAV partner organisations.

When not delving into development, Jeremy enjoys making improvements to his Land Rover Defender, as well as exploring the New Forest on his motorbike. Jeremy is also a whizz in the kitchen and is a firm believer that wine is always required when cooking.

Andrew Trayfoot

Senior Dynamics NAV Consultant

Andy is an experienced Microsoft Certified Implementation Specialist for Dynamics NAV who has been working with NAV since 2002 as a Consultant and Project Manager.  He has extensive experience of implementing Navision in a wide variety of businesses including furniture manufacture, rail maintenance, food processing, fashion and retail distribution.

Prior to becoming an ERP Consultant, he worked for 10 years at Siemens PLC in a variety of operational and management roles within their UK manufacturing and business systems operations.

Andy has a BSc (Hons) in Manufacturing Systems Management from the University of East London.

Andy is an avid sailor, and most weekends can be found out on The Solent with his family sailing the high seas.

Catherine Ross

Head of Sales and Marketing

Catherine’s 17+ years’ experience of NAV covers all aspects of customer relations, from demos, pre sales and implementations through to account management and aftercare, and such has a very in-depth knowledge of the system and customers' needs.

Having joined Dynamics Consultants, Catherine quickly fitted in to her role as Pre Sales Consultant and part of the senior management team. The transition was made easier by working with a number of the existing team at previous companies. Now heading up the sales and marketing, she is focussed on providing the best solutions to suit customer requirements.

In her spare time, Catherine enjoys ‘treading the boards’ with her local Am Dram group and is currently learning yoga and pilates.

Catherine Ross Account Manager & Pre Sales Consultant

Miruna Rusu

Dynamics NAV Consultant

Miruna has over 7 years' experience working with Microsoft Dynamics NAV. She joined the NAV community after having previously worked in a high-tech semiconductor company as an Application Developer and Reporting Analyst.

Her MSc in Finance and technical postgraduate studies provide the knowledge and flexibility to quickly understand customers' problems and/or queries, and resolve them in a timely manner.  Miruna has worked as a lead consultant on several upgrade projects and new implementations in various industries including fashion and textiles, construction, and marine equipment. Her NAV expertise includes Financial Management, SOP, POP, Inventory and Costing, Warehouse, and Service Management.

Miruna loves to travel and go on tours to places with interesting history. Weather permitting (i.e. rainy and windy) she likes to take out her jewellery equipment and solder, file, bend and shape silver into jewellery.

Stuart Hardman

Dynamics NAV Consultant

Stuart is an experienced NAV Consultant having worked with Microsoft Navision for 15 years, the last 13 of those as a lead consultant on numerous projects with a large national Microsoft Dynamics partner. He also has experience working and implementing solutions with major companies and groups in retail, distribution and service management, as well as smaller companies looking to implement their first integrated ERP solution.

In addition, Stuart's knowledge of the product encompasses Financial Management, SOP, POP, Inventory and Costing, Warehousing, Job Costing and Service Management.

Stuart has a BSc in Business Information Systems from the University of Portsmouth and is a Microsoft Certified Professional having numerous qualifications with the Microsoft Dynamics NAV product.

Stuart is often referred to as Clarke Kent, some people think it’s due to the haircut and glasses but it's actually because of his habit of wearing his underwear on the outside of his trousers.

Andy has been working with the Dynamics Product Family for over 15 years. He has worked on numerous projects working within the Manufacturing and Warehouse and Distribution Sectors. Including large implementations with multiple company groups and international businesses.

When not working Andy is determined to complete his Degree in Criminal Psychology. Not that this any reflection on our customers. Andy is also a keen Photographer and a Heavy Metal Music Nut.

Miruna Rusu NAV Consultant

Tanya Denton

SharePoint and Integrations Consultant

Tanya is the company's SharePoint and Online Services specialist, providing support for existing customers and project managing new installations. “With careful planning at the beginning of a new install, SharePoint will continue to grow with your business”.

In her role as Information Services Development Manager at the RYA, Tanya looked after the internal SharePoint solution and also was an administrator and end user of Dynamics NAV. This has given her a unique view of the system, from a customer’s perspective.

When she is not working, Tanya walks her German Shepherd Zelda, and enjoys going for cream teas in the New Forest.

Tom Hogben

Dynamics NAV Consultant

Tom has an extensive background in customer service and management. Having joined DC in November 2014 as the Marketing Manager, he soon increased his responsibilities to working with our customers more directly. Although he is fairly new to NAV, he has quickly picked up how to match customer needs to solutions in ERP. He’s worked alongside Catherine to create the Fast Financials product and is now also getting his teeth stuck into new installations.

In his spare time, you will find Tom either in a nice restaurant or cooking up a treat, or if the weather allows, pottering in the garden whilst being distracted by the chickens!

Grace Withnall

Dynamics NAV Consultant

Grace joined us as an admin apprentice, and quickly shone in her role, taking on many other activities such as marketing tasks. Finishing her apprenticeship as quickly as was allowed, she is now flourishing in a consultancy role. Learning the intricacies of Manufacturing Management, Grace has grown from an apprentice to an invaluable part of the team.

Grace is learning to play the Djembe, and enjoys travelling, including a highlight with her recent visit to Thailand.

Grace Withnall Office Junior

Avril Smith

Resource Manager

Avril is the resource manager, focussing on the availability and allocation of resources and subsequent scheduling of projects.

She started her career developing in COBOL for the electricity board and with the advent of disc storage, worked with one of the first relational databases on a budgetary system for a nuclear power station. After 10 years and having a desire for long summer holidays she changed career, did a few more exams and became a school teacher for the next decade before returning to IT and developing in ASP.NET and MS SQL Server creating online quotation systems for a series of sail-making firms. One of these was based in Denmark where she lived for four years and where she was the head of IT. On returning to the UK, Avril worked as business analyst for a variety of companies gaining her Prince 2 project managers qualification and progressing through the BCS BA diploma exams.

Most holidays are spent with her husband sailing on their yacht, currently berthed on the West Coast of Scotland but the rest of her spare time is spent walking the dog, knitting, sewing, lace making and growing things on her allotment. There is also a bit of genealogy thrown in for variety.

Virenderjit Madhal

Senior Developer

Virenderjit, or VJ as he is more commonly referred to, originally moved to Southampton from Birmingham for study, but stuck around afterwards. He joined Dynamics from Southampton Solent University where he spent much of his time supporting and developing in house applications and data interface solutions. He has an MSc in Software Engineering Management and a BSc in Computer Networks and Web Design. He has spent years honing his skills and experience developing for Microsoft and Oracle databases, and applications using SQL, C#, ASP.NET, HTML, Javascript and CSS.

In his spare time, VJ enjoys movies, music and personal fitness when time allows and doesn’t enjoy the decorating, gardening and DIY that he currently spends much of his spare time doing! Until he started working at DC, VJ had never shaved five days in a row.

Jamie O'Neill Developer

Stephen Norfolk

Dynamics NAV Developer

Stephen joined Dynamics Consultants straight from university, after achieving Second Class Honours (1st Division) in (BA) Design for Games.

As a Dynamics NAV Developer, Stephen works closely with Jeremy on numerous, often concurrent projects. He has been lead developer on several successful projects, including courier integration, webshop integration, bespoke modifications, and upgrades for almost every version of Dynamics NAV.

Stephen spends his spare time working on his own personal video game and web projects, reading, watching movies, and occasionally going to the gym.

Stephen Norfolk Trainee Developer


David Curd

Support Manager

Dave’s role in the company is to manage the Support Desk and resolve customer issues along with Martin and Tommy. Dave is also our hardware specialist, looking after and maintaining our internal infrastructure, including our servers and network.

Before joining Dynamics Consultants, David worked in a support role for a company that supplies back office and point-of-sale (POS) software to retailers. This role included training customers in groups and on a one-to-one basis.

David has a degree in Computer Engineering from Southampton University.

Outside of work Dave enjoys the more active pursuits, including rock climbing, mountain biking and working on his allotment.

Martin Coates

Dynamics NAV Support Consultant

Martin is one of our highly experienced NAV Support Consultants and will assist with the resolution of support calls and work on development projects. Prior to his career in systems development, Martin worked for 20 years in local government and the NHS as an Auditor and Accountant (CIPFA). After completing an MSc in Information Systems, he transferred to the world of Microsoft Dynamics NAV when it was known as Navision.

With more than 14 years' experience of working with NAV, he has seen the software evolve to the system it is today.

Martin is a keen Southampton fan and spends many a weekend traipsing up and down the country watching them.  He also sets quizzes and enjoys cycling around the New Forest.

Tom Harper

Dynamics NAV Support Consultant

Tom, or Tommy to most, moved from Blackpool to join the team at Dynamics Consultants in January 2014. After spending 5 months working on Development, he moved to the Support Desk where he can help customers and learn in depth how all modules of the software integrate, to advance towards becoming a consultant.

Tommy’s role spans a multitude of tasks from installations of Dynamics NAV and applying updates to customer systems, face to face and skype training on Bank Reconciliation and also writing specifications for development requests.

In his spare time, Tommy likes nothing more than getting his hands dirty tinkering on his car, and also plays in two 5-a-side football teams.

Jesse Lawrence

Marketing Manager

Jesse is our Marketing Manager whose focus includes providing useful targeted information to our customers and prospects. Specialising in the use of CRM, sales and marketing processes, he is committed to provide clear branding and product awareness, including product functionality, special offers and services that we provide. 

Before joining Dynamics Consultants, Jesse worked for SME’s and large global organisations, being responsible for engineered projects and distribution, for both overseas and domestic customers. He also combined a lot of marketing skills in these roles, producing literature, corporate and product promotional videos and maintaining an online presence through their websites and social media platforms.

In his spare time, Jesse is an avid photographer, often spending his weekends out and about exploring the New Forest and around Southampton. When the weather is more British, he will be found photogrpahing in his studio, or practising his guitar which he has been playing for over 15 years.

Teresa Parker

Office Manager

Teresa is the company's office manager and PA to the directors. Her role is to ensure the office runs efficiently, to support the directors in their day-to-day work and to log incoming support calls.

Before joining Dynamics Consultants, Teresa worked in HSBC's IT department, supporting the financial services and investment management divisions. In her 14 years with the bank, Teresa worked as an IT tester, trainer, business analyst and project manager. Teresa also previously worked at Price Waterhouse, handling accounts and payroll.

She also has 13 years' experience in office management, which included liaising with clients, purchasing, sales, processing tax returns and day-to-day office procedures and support.

Outside of work Teresa plays for three different netball teams!

Office Administrator

Nikki has worked in office administration and accounts for 25 years and covered roles such as Office Manager, Business Manager, Administrator and Accounts Assistant.

Her hobbies include Boxing, Cycling, Running and spending time with her partner and son. Nikki has an eclectic selection of pets including snakes, lizards, a tortoise & a chameleon along with a cat and dog (for normality). The family have spiders but she has absolutely nothing to do with them!!
