Tom Jenkins
Director, NAV Consultant
Tom is one of the founding directors of Dynamics Consultants. He has worked on ERP / CRM systems since 1995, initially as an end user and later as a developer.
He has extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Navision (CSide),
SQL, Visual Basic and website development. As an experienced and
Microsoft Certified Consultant himself, Tom oversees a team of
expert Consultants and works on a number of development projects, in
addition to providing support and training to customers.
Before founding Dynamics Consultants, Tom worked in a management role for a machinery importer / reseller, where his work included inventory management and purchase control, systems development and IT project management.

Jeremy Organ
Director, NAV Developer
Jeremy is a founding director of Dynamics Consultants and has worked on NAV projects since 2000.
He has extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Navision (CSide) and SQL and has acted as lead developer on a number of large (up to 200 user) NAV installations.
The NAV development projects he has worked on have encompassed: sales order processing, purchase order processing, manufacturing, payroll, customer relationship management (CRM), inventory costing, warehouse management and job costing.
Before founding Dynamics Consultants, Jeremy was the development manager for one of the UK's largest
Microsoft Dynamics NAV partner organisations.

David Curd
Support Manager, NAV Developer
David's role in the company is to manage and resolve support calls and to work on development projects.
Before joining Dynamics Consultants, David worked in a support role for a company that supplies back office and point-of-sale (POS) software to retailers. This role included training customers in groups and on a one-to-one basis.
David has a degree in Computer Engineering from Southampton University.

Calum Maciver
NAV and Web Developer
Calum works on a number of NAV development projects, including client extensibility in the NAV 2009 role tailored client (RTC) and Web Services. Calum also developed the Dynamics Consultants website. He has experience in HTML, ASP.net and C#.
Calum has a Masters degree in Aerospace Engineering from Southampton University.

Philip Kendall
Web Consultant
Phil is an experienced Senior Web Developer with 10 years' experience in Microsoft Web Technologies. He joins the company from the Royal Yachting Association where he was responsible for all the RYA's Web Development and their integration with LOB systems.
During his time at the RYA, Phil lead the development and implementation of their public facing SharePoint WCM site, which was also integrated with Microsoft Commerce Server. Phil was responsible for the integration of Commerce Server and Dynamics Nav through the use of Microsoft Biztalk Server. He also planned and carried out the upgrade of the RYA's SharePoint 2007 intranet farm to SharePoint 2010.
Having worked for a number of years at an Internet Service Provider, Phil is also experienced in Windows Server and Network administration.
Phil has a 1st class Honours degree in Computer Science with Systems Integration from the University of Southampton.

Stuart Hardman
NAV Consultant
Stuart is an experienced NAV Consultant having worked with Microsoft Navision for 10 years, the last 8 of those as a lead consultant on numerous projects with a large national Microsoft Dynamics partner. He also has experience working and implementing solutions with major companies and groups in retail, distribution and service management, as well as smaller companies looking to implement their first integrated ERP solution.
In addition, Stuart's knowledge of the product encompasses Financial Management, SOP, POP, Inventory and Costing, Warehousing, Job Costing and Service Management.
Stuart has a BSc in Business Information Systems from the University of Portsmouth and is a Microsoft Certified Professional having numerous qualifications with the Microsoft Dynamics NAV product.

Andrew Trayfoot
NAV Consultant
Andrew is an experienced Microsoft Certified Implementation
Specialist for Dynamics NAV with over 8
years' experience as a Consultant and Project Manager. He
has extensive experience of implementing Navision in a wide
variety of businesses including furniture manufacture, rail
maintenance, food processing, fashion and retail distribution.
Prior to becoming an ERP Consultant,
he worked for 10 years at Siemens PLC in a variety of
operational and management roles within their UK manufacturing
and business systems operations.
Andrew has a BSc (Hons) in Manufacturing Systems Management
from the University of East London.

Miruna Rusu
Junior NAV Consultant
Miruna has over 2 years' experience working with Microsoft
Dynamics NAV. She joined the NAV community after having previously
worked in a high-tech semiconductor company as an Application
Developer and Reporting Analyst.
Her MSc in Finance and technical postgraduate studies provide the
knowledge and flexibility to quickly understand customers' problems
and/or queries, and resolve them in a timely manner. Miruna is
on her way to becoming an IT certified professional for Dynamics NAV
2009, having already obtained Microsoft certifications in 'Core
Set-up and Finance', 'Warehouse Management' and 'Trade and
Inventory'.

Martin Coates
NAV Support Consultant
Martin joins us as our new NAV Support Consultant and will
assist with the resolution of support calls and work on
development projects. Prior to his career in systems
development, Martin worked for 20 years in local government and
the NHS as an Auditor and Accountant (CIPFA). After completing
an MSc in Information Systems, he transferred to the world of
Microsoft Dynamics NAV when it was known as Navision.
With more than 10 years' experience of working with NAV, he
has seen the software evolve to the system it is today.

Ash Chandler
Marketing and Communications Manager
Ash has delivered tactical and strategic sales and marketing
skills and solutions for 5 years.
He has gained a wide range of marketing and communications experience covering
multi-faceted research, strategic planning, customer generation
and all related promotional infrastructure. Ash has worked with
various global customers including the UK MoD, US DoD
(Department of Defence) and other high profile governmental
agencies.
Prior to Dynamics Consultants, Ash worked for EADS Astrium,
who are the UK's prime Space Technology company.

Teresa Parker
Office Manager and PA
Teresa is the company's office manager and PA to the directors.
Her role is to ensure the office runs efficiently, to support the
directors in their day-to-day work and to log incoming support
calls.
Before joining Dynamics Consultants, Teresa worked in
HSBC's IT department, supporting the financial services and
investment management divisions. In her 14 years with the bank,
Teresa worked as an IT tester, trainer, business analyst and
project manager. Teresa also previously worked at Price
Waterhouse, handling accounts and payroll.
She also has 12 years' experience in office
management, which included liaising with clients,
purchasing, sales, processing tax returns and
day-to-day office procedures and support.
