HTML email add-on - 'Dynamics Mailer'

Development project: HTML email add on for Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Navision.

Customer: Art Systems Ltd.

Project Details: As part of their web shop update, ArtSystems wanted to automatically send shipment confirmation emails when a web order was shipped.

The automatic email add-on that we implemented for them - named the 'Dynamics Mailer' - is a truly flexible add on that enables emails to be automatically sent out based on any HTML template and incorporating any data from their Microsoft Dynamics NAV database.

Benefits to the customer: Using this add-on the customer can generate order confirmations, invoices, shipment confirmations, purchase orders, remittance advice, marketing emails and automatic notification emails - the possibilities are almost endless. In fact, the add-on can automate emails based on any SQL Server database, not just NAV.
