Effective document management is an important consideration
for many companies. Aside from physical storage issues, it can
be very inefficient to try and manually match up paper documents
with contacts stored electronically on your NAV system.

to develop an add-on solution.
Using Hub Software's
NAV Connector for eCopy™ ShareScan, you can scan
documents straight into NAV and link them to your
contacts (customers, suppliers etc.).
Using an eCopy enabled copier or
scanner, documents can be scanned and saved into
NAV. They can then be
edited, amended and distributed throughout your
organisation. Document retrieval is also simplified
as
users can search the contents of your scanned-in documents.
The eCopy Connector is especially
beneficial for companies that produce large volumes
of paper documentation
and/or those with a number of disparate teams across
regional offices who need shared access to
documents.
