Dynamics Consultants has developed hotel reservations software /
a property management system for
use in conjunction with Microsoft Dynamics NAV accounts
software.
The Dynamics Hotel Management System (DHMS) makes it easy for hoteliers to manage the most important areas of their business, including
hotel reservations, accounts, housekeeping and marketing.
Significantly, the system has some features that other hotel
software providers have overlooked - ‘Carryover’ functionality
for housekeeping schedules is just one example.
In addition, the software comes with a complete accounts package, so you don't need
a separate accounts package.
The software is also customisable to suit your hotel's
particular needs and is equally effective for small and large
properties.
Before we started work on the hotel software, we spent
several months working alongside independent
hoteliers. We wanted to understand how a hotel really
operates and what kind of software hotel owners need
to run their business well. We took everything we learnt from this process
and built it into the software.
