We often use TeamViewer to get access to your users computers. We have all of the licences required to access your system, all you have to do is download Team Viewer for free, and you will automatically appear in a queue for one of our support staff to connect to.
We support our customers using remote desktop connections to work on your servers. We are happy to connect either directly to a server or a VPN if you prefer. If you require help with this, please do not hesitate to contact us.
We use Skype for business for simple questions and walk-throughs. We will set up a meeting with you - all you have to do is click on the link, and we will be able to work through questions and problems with you.
For projects such as upgrades and implementations, we set up customer portals with interactive issues lists to deal with modifications/issues etc. during the process.
