Dynamics Document Sending

Document Sending has been developed to take the time and effort out of a company's document management process. Whether an invoice or purchase order is required immediately, a customer needs an updated statement or an email marketing campaign needs to be delivered, Document Sending transforms electronic document management and delivery from a time and money consuming process into a vital and active business tool.

Document Sending maintains the ease of use associated with the NAV interface whilst providing extra features to allow businesses to work more efficiently and responsively.

Dynamics Document Receiving

Document Receiving allows you to scan or “drag and drop” documents straight into NAV and link them to your records and transactions in NAV.

Using a copier or scanner, documents can be scanned and saved into NAV or file share for later retrieval. Document retrieval is also simplified as users can search the contents of the scanned-in documents.

Document Receiving+

Document Receiving+ provides you with a range of extra features, such as document Storage to SharePoint (including assignment to libraries and automatic meta data population) as well as Outlook Button Integration. Please see the functionality table for more information.

Dynamics Telephone Integration (CTi)

Dynamics Telephone Integration is a Computer Telephony integration (CTi) which links various telephone systems, including Microsoft Lync Server, with Microsoft Dynamics NAV, allowing users to quickly and directly retrieve information on contacts. When a telephone call is received, Dynamics Telephone Integration searches the database and displays a list of contacts associated with that specific phone number. Once the correct contact has been selected, important information relevant to that contact is presented with links to various areas of the system.

Certified for Microsoft Dynamics (CfMD)

We are committed to continually improve our Add-on solutions and keep it in line with the development directions provided by Microsoft for Dynamics NAV, which means:

  • The solution will be supported for future versions of Dynamics NAV, and will be available within 3 months from when Microsoft release a new major version or update
  • It will undergo an enhancement program to continually improve the solution
  • All suggestions from staff, and more importantly customers, will be reviewed by the development team
  • Any additional functionality will be available as part of an enhancement upgrade for free, or as a direct installer for a small additional cost

Dynamics Consultants Communication Suite is in the process of being Certified for Microsoft Dynamics (CfMD), which means it has to meet a set of stringent criteria, including the following:

  • It has been developed by a certified and reputable Microsoft Partner
  • It was designed to suit specific business and industry requirements
  • It has been fully tested for integration with Microsoft Dynamics
  • All solutions must be used and recommended by other companies
  •  It must be low-risk, easy and quick to implement and simple to maintain
  •  Meets all requirements including localizations and government regulations
